OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2007. CenterTelecom OJSC has effected payment under the sixth coupon of its series 04 interest-bearing documentary non-convertible bearer bonds in full in the sum of RUR 389,027 million, reported the press-centre of CenterTelecom.
 
In accordance with a decision on issuance of securities (state registration number 4-19-00194-А of 29 June 2004) approved by the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom on 28 April, 2004,  the interest rate on the sixth coupon is equal to the rate of the first coupon. 

The first coupon’s rate was set in the course of tender on the day of placement at MICEX and approved by the order of CenterTelecom’s General Director in the amount of 13,8% per annum. The value of the interest paid per bond reached RUR69,19.
 
In the period from 19 Feb.-17 Aug., 2007, 2,390 deals with CenterTelecom bonds were concluded through MICEX. Total value of the transactions was RUR73,603 billion. The deals included 275 negotiated deals for RUR11,190 billion and 1,773 REPO deals for RUR59,307 billion. Maximum price reached 121,91% to the nominal price.
 
Interest bearing documentary non-convertible bearer bonds were issued on 17-31 August 2004. The placement was held by means of open bid; the placement price was set at RUR1,000 per bond (100% of nominal price). The total issue value reached RUR5,623 billion, its circulation period was 1,830 days. The company plans to pay ten coupons with 183 days coupon period. The interest rates of 2nd -10th coupons are equal to the interest rate of the first coupon – 13,8% per annum.
