Self-service zones will be opened in each new Ukrsotsbank branch. “Our clients have already estimated advantages of new self-service zones where they can make use of our services without any queues, in convenient and safe format in 7/24 mode (that is 7 days per week, 24-hour), — Iryna Kniazeva says. – That’s why our strategy consists in carrying out reengineering of the current branches and equipping it with self-service zones. Besides, the like zones will be opened in all new branches of our Bank, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

For the moment there are above 20 self-service zones in Ukrsotsbank system. We plan that there will be about 50—70 zones till the end of the year”.

24-hour working time is one of the main advantages of self-service zones usage. As the result, client is independent from a branch working time that is very important for full-time working clients who don’t have possibility to visit bank’s branch during work hours. There is no need to stand in queue to cash desk that also allows to save clients time that is one more advantage. Additional advantage for clients is that fees schedule in self-service zones are lower than similar services provided by cashiers and branches managers.

Up to date technologies are being used in our self-service zones (a deposit ATM and self-service terminal are installed, a direct telephone line to the Bank`s Call Center arranged), and the required security and confidentiality level is ensured.

Self-service zones provide the following services:
Cash withdrawal or immediate replenishment of the card account with account
Money transfer from one card to another
Mini-excerpt on the card (last 10 operations)
Excerpt on the card account
The “Oshchadny” (“Saving”) account activation
Money transfer from and to the “Oshchadny” account
Card PIN code change
Purchase of recharge cards of mobile operators, Internet services providers and IP-telecommunications
Bank card blocking
Bank card re-issuance
Connection to mobile banking
Receiving calculations and preliminary loan decision
Getting consultations and all the necessary information on the bank’s products and services
Getting bank’s services with the help of Call Center or automatic menu or operator services
Getting information on branches and ATMs addresses

The range of services has been expanding constantly.
