OREANDA-NEWS. August 28, 2007. Ukrsotsbank implements private clients’ services quality control program, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

For this purpose the Bank drew a company from outside which constantly makes control services purchases in all the Bank branches. Each of the branches is being estimated on basic products sale. “This estimation influence employees, especially executive staff motivation, — Iryna Kniazeva marks. – That’s why our regional branches heads read and study attentively conclusions on control purchases: what and where their managers did wrong. They work seriously to eliminate shortages. Having studied, why one or another client addressed to one or another branch, we found out that the most frequent answer is – “on friends` or partners` advice”.

In such a way, it depends on a concrete client service and consultations quality whether his/her partner, client will visit the Bank or not. For this purpose we spend a lot of money for services quality control program. The program was introduced three years ago and today we see the results: we took the first places in some ratings as to quality control. Of course, yet we are not satisfied with everything. Perhaps, we shouldn’t be satisfied with everything if we want to keep competitive positions in market”.
