Ukrsotsbank remains to be a leader of granting loans to individuals for apartments purchase on the primary market. “Mortgage loans were and remain to be our star product which makes about 70% of our loan portfolio for individuals, -  Iryna Kniazeva says. – It is our Bank which has the biggest number of agreements concluded with real estate developers for buildings of which we grant loans, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

Thus, our clients have the best choice of new apartments which may be bought in credit. At that, the clients don’t need to pay realtors for their services unlike the secondary market. They buy modern apartments with better planning, good metric area etc”.

In the nearest future Ukrsotsbank will offer individuals more favorable loan terms for apartments purchase in UAH. The rates will make 14% per annum and will only slightly differ from the terms in USD. It means that it will be more convenient to plan expenditures for people with UAH income.

“It is not a secret that when choosing between foreign and national currency loans clients prefer the foreign ones, — Iryna Kniazeva says. -  The reason for the like choice is quite clear since USD loans rates are lower than UAH ones. At the same time majority of Ukrainians get their salaries in UAH and it means that for paying USD loans they have to deal with exchange and foreign exchange risks”.

According to Ukrainian National Mortgage Association, Ukrsotsbank share on mortgage market makes 14%.
