OREANDA-NEWS. On August 30, 2007 OJSC Polyus Gold (RTS, MICEX, and LSE: PLZL), Russia’s leading gold producer has paid out dividends to shareholders for 2006 financial year, reported the press-centre of Polyus Gold. 
 
As decided at the Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting on 29 June 2007 allocation for dividend payment totaled 615 727 622 RUR, which stands for 3,23 RUR per ordinary share. Dividends were to be paid by 28 August 2007.

As of 28 August 2007 Polyus Gold has distributed to shareholders 613 566 436 RUR of dividend payments or 99,65% of the total dividend allocation. The remaining 0,35% of dividends was not distributed to shareholders due to technical reasons. These shareholders have not informed CJSC National Registrar Company, the registrar of Polyus Gold on the preferred way of dividend payment and/or have failed to update personal data with the registrar including mailing address and/or bank account details.

OJSC Polyus Gold is committed to its shareholders and wishes to pay out the remaining 0,35% of dividends in full. To received due dividends shareholders are requested to do the following:

To contact CJSC National Registrar Company (NRC) regarding due dividends.

To inform NRC on preferred way of dividend payment: bank or wire transfer.

To update their personal record at NRC including passport details, mailing address, and banking details.

Due dividends are to be paid within a month from the date of application.
