OREANDA-NEWS. On August 27, 2007 SAP, Troika Dialog and IBS announced the launch of a project to implement an SAP ERP HСM solution for human capital management in financial institutions at Troika Dialog, one of Russia’s top investment companies, reported the press-centre of IBS.

With Troika Dialog business and headcount growing, the company, currently having over 1,000-strong workforce, needs a unified multifunctional human capital management system that will provide data transparency and speed up preparation of reports.

IBS won the contract to supply and implement a pre-configured human capital management solution based on SAP ERP HCM, having offered a highly functional solution backed by positive results of previous implementations at other companies.

Implementation of the solution at Troika Dialog will absorb IBS experience in building human capital management systems for top Russian financial organizations, including methodology and technology developed by IBS consultants and giving the best solutions to corporate HR tasks.

Nina Mirel, HR Director, Troika Dialog Group, said “Troika Dialog keeps on growing and developing at a very fast pace, with respective growth in the workforce and consequently in the amount of work that has to be done in an efficient and proper manner. Our staff are our core asset and our internal customers. As always, we at Troika Dialog strive to provide our customers with a high level of service. We expect the SAP ERP HСM solution to provide the HR department with the added advantage of efficiency and precision that will enable us to support the fast business growth at our company”.

According to Oksana Gluschenko, Director of Services for Financial Institutions, SAP CIS, “The launch of this project is yet another testimony to the recognition of SAP solutions by the banking community. The project will provide implementation of the basic human capital management functionality (organization management, time data management, HR events and payroll management). The solution supports generation of required reports, including reports required under the laws of the Russian Federation. The human capital management system allows for subsequent functionality extensions to support corporate strategic management and human capital development processes, including HR training and development management, recruitment and a self-service system.

Artem Efremov, Director, Financial Institutions Segment, Corporate Management Systems Department, IBS, said “The pre-configured IBS solution, which absorbs human capital management experience of top financial institutions, brings the best human capital management practices to the customer’s business. Therefore, it is not just automation of HR accounting processes, but introduction of more efficient management procedures and regulations”.

The system is planned to be launched for trial and industrial operation in early 2008.
