OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2007. Baydarov was born in Vasilyevo, Zelenodolsk district, Tatar ASSR, in 1957. He began his career at Start PA as assistant engineer in 1976. In 1982 he graduated from Penza Polytechnic Institute as radio engineer, reported the press-centre of Minatom.

In 1986–1987 he served in the Soviet army.

In 2004 he was appointed as deputy director general-director for economy and development.

In Mar 2007 when the former director general of Start Y.Olenin was transferred to Moscow, Baydarov was appointed as acting director general.

Baydarov is Veteran of the Nuclear Power Industry of Russia and has received many awards.
