That is why one who desire to purchase a private house have to apply to financial institutions for credit more and more often.

To make this service more available to loaners, PRAVEX-BANK decreased interest rate on crediting for purchase of private houses with lots — not they make up: from 12,49% annuals in US dollars, from 9,99% — in euro and from 14,49% — in hryvna. Credit provision term — by 25 years, first payment — from 5%.

Also PRAVEX-BANK was one of few to provide credits for private house purchase with not privatized lot and, in this way considerably widened the range of rendered services on crediting in regions. Because, mainly, just in small towns and villages clients, who would like to purchase a private house with not privatized lot with the help of credit, did not have such a possibility

"Having analyzed a high demand in the segment of crediting for purchase of private houses, PRAVEX-BANK took a decision to decrease interest rates and to widen the range of mortgage crediting rendered services, offering our prospective loaners better conditions of such credits provision.
