OREANDA-NEWS. Gazprom Neft elected A.Miller as chairman.

The special meeting date was set for Nov. 19 as being aimed to elect the new BOD and affirm amendments to the articles.

The Company is ranked as the fifth by the output. Its reserves reached 514mln ton; the 2006-net profit (RAS) rose 47% to 62.829bn rub.; revenues - 37% to 374.776bn rub. The 2007-investment program gains 64.4bn rub.

The major holder is Gazprom which bought 72.66% in 2005 for $13.079bn to drive the stake to 75.68%; 20% being purchased by EniNeftegaz.
