OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2007.  OAO RZD and Uralvagonzavod signed three-year contract on the delivery of 40 thousand freight wagons at the cost of 68 bln rubles.

“Uralvagonzavod is the main partner and supplier of OAO RZD. The enterprise supplies many types of freight wagons and spare parts. Today we complete very important project on consolidation of cooperation of OAO RZD and Uralvagonzavod. Signing of this three-year contract is the important event for Russian economy”, V.Yakunin said. The contract was concluded on favorable terms.
