OREANDA-NEWS.On September 18, in the special economic zone "Alabuga" was held a field conference on problems of SEZ customs infrastructure development  with the assistance of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia Andrei Belyaninov, the press service of RusSEZ reports.

Within the framework of the conference the FCS's representatives inspected the premises of Elabuga customs station and objects of customs and logistical infrastructure and were informed in detail about work being conducted on attraction of investors into SEZ and on development prospects of SEZ "Alabuga".

The conferees discussed the problems of introduction into operation of the objects of  "Alabuga" SEZ customs infrastructure, functioning of the Elabuga customs station, development of normative and legal documents regulating the SEZ activity and so on.

Also,  the conferees had been acquainted with the construction progress as to production capacities of SEZ "Alabuga", such as the plant for car production, and considered the problem of construction of a check point intended for employees' passage.

In the conference took part the deputy head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia Igor  Zavrazhnov, the head of Privolzhsky Customs Department Viacheslav Goloskokov, acting  deputy head of the Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones Valery Eliseev, Regional Office head of the Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones in the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Shagivaleev and his deputy Rasim Gimatov.
