Empils summed up preliminary results of 2007 and awarded employees, who contributed most to production performance. 29 employees of Rostov-on-Don production sites received letters of thanks and plastic cards with a nominal value of 10,000 rubles for purchasing electronic and household appliances at a major trade network.

According to the results of 2007 employees of Paint and Varnish Production Department, Quality Control Department, Logistics Department and Chief Engineer’s Office were awarded.

Such actions for motivating personnel and strengthening loyalty are an important part of staff policy of Empils. The Best Employee competition is conducted regularly in the company; employees' children receive special rate holiday vouchers to recreation camps; week-end trips to the Black sea coast are organized for employees and their families.
