OREANDA-NEWS. The foundation construction and assembly works on all eight buildings of the first phase of the largest Moscow-City technological park "Nagatino i-Land" are completed, the press-service of Knight Frank company reported.

A complicated geodesic condition of the technological park erected in Nagatino flood-lands of Moscow river required the application of unique engineering solutions for the specific conditions of foundation works. Engineers and constructors apply a special system of piles and soil monitoring protecting from all kinds of unexpected performances.

The builders keep the pace and have now proceeded to the erection of an over ground part of the buildings to deliver the first phase of the technological park in due time next year.

Nagatino i-Land is a project of a high technology business district where 35 B and B+ class buildings with the total area of around 1 million square meters will be located on the area of 32 hectares. The project is of unique scale and intends to erect office, hotel, exhibition buildings, multistoried parking areas and infrastructure units in a uniform architectural conception. The project developer is "Moscow Business Incubator", JSC. Considering bitter experience of "Moscow-City" MIBC from the transport accessibility point of view the conception of development provides for the construction of a quay from Avtozavodskoy bridge, several bridges as well as for the opening of a new metro station "Technopark" between the existing "Avtozavodskaya" and "Kolomenskaya".

The delivery of the first phase of the technological park consisting of 8 buildings with the total area of 217 square meters is scheduled for the second half of 2008. The prospective lessees of the first phase will include well-known high tech companies which will be able to place their orders at the neighboring small and medium business innovative enterprises.
