OREANDA-NEWS. October 17, 2007. To improve the regional network performance efficiency and optimize business processes, ROSNO has conducted restructuring of the regional directorates. The company’s Board of Directors has decided to change the structure and territorial borders of its insurance operations in Povolzh’e and the Southern region.

The decisions taken by the company’s management were implemented as follows:
Middle-Volga Directorate has been renamed into the Povolzh’e Directorate, and its head office has been transferred from Samara to Saratov.

South-Volga Directorate has been transformed into the Southern Directorate with head office in Krasnodar.

ROSNO’s South Volga Directorate has ceased to exist.

These changes will not affect the total quantity of ROSNO’s regional branches and will make it possible to continue improving customer service quality.

The Southern Directorate with head office in Krasnodar will control the following branches previously included in the structure of the South Volga Directorate: Astrakhan, Volgograd, Krasnodar, Dagestan, Pyatigorsk, Rostov, Sochi, Stavropol, Adygei-ROSNO, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Ingushetia-ROSNO, Kabardino-Balkarian, Cherkessk, and Kalmyk.

The Southern Directorate will be headed by Mr. Andrei Ulanov, previously Director of the Irkutsk branch of IC SOGAZ and, before that, First Deputy Executive Director of ROSNO’s Eastern Siberian Directorate.

The Povolzh’e Directorate with head office in Saratov will control the following branches previously included in the structure of the Middle Volga Directorate: Kazan, Mordovian, Penza, Samara, Ulyanovsk, and Saratov.

The Povolzh’e Directorate will be headed by Mr. Dmitry Lebedev, previously Director of the South Volga Directorate

Mr. Alexander Mamonov, previously heading the Middle Volga Directorate with head office in Samara, will continue to develop the company’s business operations in the Middle Povolzh’e region as head of the Samara branch.

The Izhevsk-based Udmurtia-ROSNO branch, previously included in the Middle Volga Directorate, has been reassigned to the Ural Directorate.
