OREANDA-NEWS. October 19,  2007. Four months ago Kyivstar implemented unique rating system of service provided by operators. Its results are vivid illustration of high-quality Kyivstar service.

Starting from May, 2007, every Kyivstar subscriber can express his opinion about quality of service dialling 466*55 and grade it using IVR. Also it is possible for some of the subscribers to answer questions of the interactive questionnaire after the conversation with Call centre expert.

Subscribers rate quality of service with following criterions:


general satisfaction;


waiting time;


politeness and attentiveness of operator;


intelligibility of answers;


operator’s knowledge level.

In general Kyivstar quality of service was rated as “very good”. Especially subscribers favoured politeness and attentiveness of operators.

Customers’ trust is the main value for Kyivstar; therefore quality has always been and always will be invariable priority for us. Another step in further improvement of service quality is "My Kyivstar / My DJUICE" self-care-system, which allows subscribers to change tariff plan, submit applications for participating in promotions and manage mobile communications services online.
