OREANDA-NEWS. On October 18, 2007 Parex Pank, the Estonian branch of Parex banka, opened its second customer service centre in Estonia, thus continuing the Bank's expansion in that country, reported the press-centre of Parex Pank. 

Parex Pank's new customer service centre is located in the Eastern part of the country – in the city of Narva, one of the largest Estonian cities. It will service both private and corporate customers. With the opening of this customer service centre in Narva, Parex Pank will provide clients with access to the wide network of Parex Group's services, in the Baltic States, Germany, Sweden and CIS countries.

Anzhelika Vaino-Keskkula added that Parex Pank would have a special offer for its clients starting from October 22, 2007. “We have an excellent opening offer for both private and corporate clients. For example, the annual interest rate on term deposits will be 5,5%, loans to both private and corporate customers will be without contract fees, and no deposits will be required from private customers for car leases.” said Anzhelika Vaino-Keskkula.

At the press conference in Narva to mark the opening of the customer service centre, Peteris Pildegovics presented a cheque to Georgi Ignatov, the Director of the Municipality Department for Development and Economy, as a donation of EUR 5000 for the Narva Municipality Business Development Foundation, with the aim of supporting new business projects in the Narva region. This is a first time that a private company has donated funds to this Foundation.
