OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2007. An A Block, the first in a set of six blocks being under construction within housing estate High Vill Astana was unveiled. High Vill Astana is a major construction project in the capital city of Kazakhstan. Against the background of real estate market crisis, the successful commissioning of ready accommodation by a South Korean company has once again confirmed that High Vill Kazakhstan is a reliable partner discharging its quality obligations to clients and meeting deadlines.

The project follows a smart house principle.
