OREANDA-NEWS. Vladimir Busorgin, First Deputy General Director of TGC-9 on Technical Policy, has solemnly granted the  document to the Manager of Production Department Leonid Soliviev, the press service of the company announced. During October, the Commission compised of the  managers and specialists of the Company, Rostechnadzor, Uralenergotechnadzor was examining all branches of the  Company located in the Sverdlovsk Region.

According to the results of examination the plants and heating networks  were obtaining the certificates of readiness for winter. Among the first ones, Sverdlovsk and Novo-Sverdlovsk  HPP’s, TGC-9 branches, responsible for heat supply to Ekaterinburg and its suburbs, obtained the certificates. “Order #1, which contained all actions on each plant, including repair of boilers, turbines, heating networks,  was issued in January,” noted Manager of Production Department of TGC-9 in the Sverdlovsk Region, Leonid  Soloviev. About 1.5 billion rubles was spent for re-equipment. 700 million of that amount is the cost of repair  and maintenance program. The necessary reserve of fuel also had been made. Having obtained the document on readiness for operation within autumn-winter months of 2007-2008 timely, the power specialists confirmed that TGC-9 was ready for supply of power and heat energy to citizens and enterprises of the region within autumn-winter loads.

The company includes 23 power stations, 35 boiler shops and 4 heat networks factories located at Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk Region and the Republic of Komi. The installed generating capacity of the company is 3280 MWt, heat capacity - 18952 Gk/h. The staff accounts for over 11 thousand people.
