Integra Group (LSE: INTE), Russia’s leading diversified oilfield services company, announces the opening of representative offices in a number of the CIS countries including Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. Integra has also applied to the authorities of Turkmenistan for the establishment of the representative office in the Republic, reports the company's press service.

This network of representative offices is being created to promote a full range of services provided by Integra Group and its affiliates. In addition, it will assess the market and create opportunities for the dynamic and balanced development of the Group’s business in strategic regions of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Turkmenistan. The main objective of the representative offices is to support Integra’s business units, including those that are already represented in the region. The representative offices will not conduct business; they will focus on representing the interests of Integra Group and its affiliates. The CIS remains the priority region for Integra’s business and the opening of the representative offices is fully in line with the Group’s strategy.
