OREANDA-NEWS. On November 13, 2007 AB Mazeikiu Nafta announced that upon enforcement by the Company's accounts' managers of the 19 September 2007 decision of the District Court of Mazeikiai Region, on November 12, 2007, Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen S.A., acting jointly with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, completed the squeeze-out of AB Mazeikiu Nafta shares, reported the press-centre of AB Mazeikiu Nafta.

Currently, ordinary registered shares of AB Mazeikiu Nafta are owned by two shareholders, i.e. Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen S.A. and the Republic of Lithuania represented by the Ministry of Economy, who are entitled, respectively, to 90,02 percent and 9,98 percent of the votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Mazeikiu Nafta.
