Newspaper Novyi Azovstalets and TV project Region Azovstal became the winners of the contest The best corporate Mass Media in the steel industry of Russia and CIS countries - 2007, which was organized by the editorial staff of the magazine ''Metallosnabzhenie i sbyt" in Moscow, Azovstal's press service reported.

Newspaper Novyi Azovstalets was announced to be the winner in nomination "The best edition of iron & steel companies of CIS countries" among such editions, as Promyshlennye Novosti ( Intertype ), Metallurg (Donetsk Iron & Steel Works), Metallurg ( ArcelorMittal ), Electrometallurg ( Dneprospezstal ).

TV program Region Azovstal took the first place in nomination The best electronic corporate Mass Media (TV, CIS) among the following editions: electronic magazine Vestnik Lin (Centre Orgprom), TV program Mikhailovskiy GOK . new time and studio TV), TV company TV-IN (ММК), kostromukshskaya TV company Sinema ( Karelskiy okatysh ), TV program Vorkutaugol in lens ( Vorkutaugol ), Radio VMZ (Vyksunskiy iron & steel works), editorial staff of radio program Magnitogorskiy radio centre (ММК), FM-radio station Kostromuksha-Media ( Karelskiy okatysh ).

The corporate mass media contest is hold by the specialized magazine Metallosnabzhenie I sbyt (Russia) within the bounds of exhibition Metal-Expo , starting from the year 2003. The winners are defined by criteria of professionalism of journalists, operators. and TV director's work, sound supervising, dubbing, design, operability of information presentation, creative approach and non-standard choice of topics. The goal of the contests is to promote formation and development of corporate mass media market in mining and steel complex and to define the most successful and qualitative projects in the industry.
