OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2007. In early November we issued the first-ever electronic ticket for the Novosibirsk – Moscow – London – Dublin flight, reported the press-centre of S7.

This was only possible because at the end of October, electronic interline ticket was adopted (IET) by one of the world’s largest carriers - British Airways. Thus, passengers of S7 Airlines now can purchase an electronic ticket for any British Airways flight, via sales system of S7.

British Airways is one of founders of Oneworld –international financial and marketing alliance of the world’s leading carriers. By the year-end of 2006, British Airways ranked No 7 within global rating of the TOP 100 carriers published by a leading international magazine Airline Business.
