OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2007. Representatives of RusSEZ took part in the forum "Day of Russian Economy " held on November 21 in Frankfurt am Main, RusSEZ's press service reported. Head of the Directorate for Work with Investors and International Organizations of RusSEZ N. V. Kuznetsova presented information about the present state and prospects for special economic zones development in the Russian Federation. A special interest was shown by German Forum participants to special economic zones of an industrial-production type. 
 
The forum was held with the support of leading German financial institutions, such as "Deutsche Bank", "Commerzbank", "Deutsche Baerse", " Dresdner Bank".

This forum is one of the most important Russian-German economic arrangements, the main task of which is discussion of the problems of intensification of the Russian-German trade and economic cooperation, development of investment cooperation and expansion of cooperation of both countries in various economic fields.

In the course of the Forum practical problems were discussed: entering the Russian market, the legal conditions for German investors, as well as opportunity of financing trading operations between Russia and Germany, which were examined at the parallel seminars.

The subject "Special economic zones in Russia - present-day development' was discussed within the framework of the forum "Legal conditions for German investors in their activities in Russia ".

Michael Harms, representative of German economy in the Russian Federation, acted as presenter.

Head of the Directorate of Work with Investors and International Organizations N. V. Kuznetsova earlier on took also part in the work of the Forum for economic partnership development between Finland and Russia, which was held November 17, 2005  inHelsinki, Finland.
