OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2007. Over 160 teams (over 700 people) of 93 Russian universities claimed that they are ready to promote the services of Russian Post within the framework of National student PR-projects competition CLEVER’07. The number of competitors is expected to grow as the registration is in progress still, reported the press-centre of Russian Post.

This year FSUE Russian Post is an official General partner of the competition CLEVER annually held by Russian Public Relations Students Society. It supposes that using their theoretic knowledge, skills and creative ideas the participants will work out and hold PR-companies and public actions. This all aims at promoting different services of Russian Post, postal, financial and infocommunication first of all, Internet access services CyberPocht@ in particular.

Members of Expert Council of the Competition with the Russian leading PR-specialists among them will appreciate the originality of PR-project conception, its efficiency, professionalism in events arrangement, cooperation with organizations concerning the project аnd reports quality.

The jury will choose the best six works and they will be published in February 2008 within the framework of annual PR Days in Moscow. After it people will know the winners of the competition. The teams took I, II and III places will get money gifts. Other finalists will get diplomas of the laureates and special ones. Special award of Russian Post will be given to the team representing the best photo report that reflects the competition project all-round.

Moreover the editorial staff of corporate newspaper Pochtovie vesti established two special nominations for the competition participants: for the best article devoted to the project implementation in corporate newspaper and photo illustration. The winners in this nominations will get diplomas and money prizes.

Note:
Russian national student competition on PR-projects CLEVER is held since 2003. It is the analogue of one of the most important world PR-competitions Bateman Case Competition held in America. The competition aims at developing skills of future PR-specialists and giving incentives to students’ initiatives and their implementation in practice.
