OREANDA-NEWS. December 5, 2007. High appreciation of work in the area of youth policy in the course of Republicаn competition "Best Organization of Work among Youth, working in industrial companies and organizations of RТ", final of which was held as part of Forumа of working youth of Republic of Tatarstan. The sponsors included the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism and public organization "Youth of Industrial Enterprizes of RТ".

In competition took part over 20 big enterprises of Tatarstan. Only 7 were in final: holding "Tatenergo", JSC "Tatneft", JSC "Kamaz", JSC "Kazan Helicopter Works", JSC "PO Yelaz", FGUP "PO, named after Sergo" (POZIS) and JSC "Kazancompressormash". Holding company "Tatenergo" ranked second in nomination "Best Youth Structure". The power engineering specialists presented colossal number of materials about the work of the youth organization as part of the holding and in the locations. Apart from general system award the Diplomas received Naberezhnye Chelny CHP, Nizhnekamsk CHP and Almetievsk grids.

This award is acknowledgement of the big work with youth. Among the most significant holding events were named the youth research-practical conferences and Republicаn action for prevention of children electro-traumatism "Safe Holidays". The high appreciation by expert commission received the regular meetings of the young specialists with the managers of the holding, competitions of professional skills, joint events with students of the power engineering educational establishments, participation of the young power engineers in Republicаn and Russian Forums, programs for expertise exchange between the divisions of the power company and other enterprises of Tatarstan. The attention was given to information sites of the power system youth- corporate Youth Forum and youth columns in the paper "Our Power" "Made by Youth" and "Young Specialists".

As part of two-day Forumа were shown the visual materials of the youth organizations, that passers to final as well as meetings of round tables for issues of youth policy, actively attended by the young power engineering specialists. By initiative of Youth committee of the "Tatenergo" holding in resolution of the Forum was entered the proposal to increase the age of the youth at the enterprises from 30 till 35 y.o. The power system is the only Tatarstan company where the young specialists are the staff till 35 y.o. and not till 30 and 33 y.o, as it is in the other companies and organizations.
