OREANDA-NEWS. December 6, 2007. According to the results of the poll of the "Company of the Year — 2007 Award" Expert Council, the Management Company of the Bank of Moscow was nominated for the Management Company of the Year.

In 2007, the amount of the mutual investment funds’ net assets managed by MC of the Bank of Moscow considerably increased. Despite the adverse environment on the stock market in 2007, the total assets of the unit investment trusts of the company decreased by 43%: from RUR 7.76 bln rubles to RUR 11.15 bln rubles (as of November 30, 2007).

Number of the clients holding nonzero accounts has reported to increase by 57.1 % — from 24,864 to 39,060.

In 2007, MC of the Bank of Moscow increased its product line to 14 funds with forming three other unit investment trusts with the following interesting investment-related proposals:

"Okhotny Riad — the Russian Consumer Sector",
"Olympic Prospect — Sochi 2014",
"Rublevka — Monetary Market Fund" (the fund is under formation).

Owning to being in high demand, "Okhotny Riad" — the Russian Consumer Sector’ and "Olympic Prospect — Sochi 2014" funds were formed within a day at the expense of the funds received from the "open" market.

In 2007, due to the partnership with the Bank of Moscow, which is a company shareholder, and also due to cooperation with regional banks, MC of the Bank of Moscow increased its agency network for operations with shares from 193 booths for share sales as of the end of 2006 to 334 sale booths in November 2007.

Since September 2007, one can pay for shares of the unit investment trusts of MC of the Bank of Moscow in Moscow and Moscow region through automatic cash terminals of the Bank of Moscow. This new approach allows one to facilitate repeated acquisition of shares. Thus, unit investment trusts of MC of the Bank of Moscow became even more accessible: all over Russia, over 600 automatic cash terminals were now made available, in addition to previously provided 334 sale booths, and the number terminals will keep on growing.

20 training seminars for the current and prospective clients of the company were held in a number of cities, such as Rostov-on-Don, Azov, Taganrog, Krasnodar, Novorossiisk, Sochi, Belgorod, Kursk, Oryol, Tula, Samara, Vyborg, Barnaul, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Novokuznetsk, Podolsk, Sergiev Posad and Ulan-Ude.

Apart from that, for the convenience of shareholders, in 2007 MC of the Bank of Moscow developed and started launching a unique education program. This program aims at providing sustained high-quality services to the clients and developing successful sale skills of employees at the agency booths of the company in Moscow and regions of Russia.
