OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2007. Inprom will conduct an initial public offering, originally scheduled for this year, next spring, CEO Igor Konovalov told Thursday a news conference at Interfax, attributing the delay to the unfavorable situation on the financial market. "Today, the (financial) market is too weak, and investors' sentiments are pessimistic," he said. "After having analyzed the latest developments on IPOs and following the consultations with our advisors we decided to conduct the IPO next spring." Raiffeisen Centrobank (Austria) will join Trust Investment Bank in managing the sale, he said.
