OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2007. A collective of republican unitary enterprise “Byelorussian Steel Works” is rewarded with diploma of business-like cooperation board of Republic of Belarus and a city of Moscow. General Director of BMZ Nikolay Andrianov, reported the press-centre of BMZ.

A diploma, signed by Prime minister of Republic of Belarus Serguey Sidorskiy and mayor of Moscow Yury Luzhkov, became one more confirmation of that big contribution that introduces a leader of Byelorussian industry to the development of trade and commercial and scientific-technical relations between Republic of Belarus and a capital of Russian Federation.

In particular, Moscow is one of the basic trade partners of BMZ. More than a quarter of all export of a plant is for this city. Building bar, wire for reinforcement, spring wire, steel cord and wire for bead ring is a basis of deliveries.

In January-October of 2007 a production export had increased in natural terms on 42% in comparison with a similar period of a last year.

Byelorussian metallurgists are working also for many directions with scientific and educational institutions of Moscow. So, a teaching staff of Moscow steel and alloys Institute took at least hands on in preparation of workers and specialists of hot rolled seamless pipe complex, that was placed in operation in BMZ in July of a current year.
