OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2007. PRAVEX-BANK offers clients to check card account status in off-line mode. It became possible due to "PravexPhoneAssistant" service implementation, reported the press-centre of PRAVEX-BANK.

With the help of "PravexPhoneAssistant" service it is quite easy to get card account status information: you have just to call to PRAVEX-BANK Call-center, reset telephone set to the tone mode having pressed "*" (in case ATC is digital — it is not necessary to press "*"), and, following voice instructions, to choose the required menu. Then it is necessary to enter the last 8 digits of card number and personal access code which should be in advance obtained from Call center specialist. Having remembered the required digits configuration for dialing in telephone set, one can enter the required menu without listening to voice instructions again. It is possible to repeat card account status check each minute.

We'd like to remind that in October PRAVEX-BANK has implemented a new call-center voice menu allowing a client to perform himself service choice which is necessary for him and to get the required information in automatic mode or to connect to the specialist of corresponding field without operator engagement.

The new service of "PravexPhoneAssistant" Call-center voice menu allows to provide a prompt and free of charge obtaining of information by PRAVEX-BANK plastic card holders-clients about card account status 24 hours a day without a necessity to get connected with operator.
