XXI Century Reports on Its Financing Activities in Ukraine
OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2007. XXI Century, one of Ukraine's leading real estate investment, development and property management companies, announced an update on its financing activities in Ukraine.
The Company has arranged credit facilities totaling USD65 million with two local banks, BNP Paribas and Alfa Bank, which will be used primarily to finance the development of 4 modern Kvadrat shopping centres - Kvadrat Balzaka and Kvadrat Myloslavska in Kyiv and mixed-use projects in Crimea and Lviv.
The latter two projects will include the Company's first shopping centres outside the capital region, while the former will continue the Company's strategy to dominate high density residential communities on Kyiv's left bank with modern shopping centre facilities.
