OREANDA-NEWS. December 25, 2007. Twenty five Service Centers were opened in the company's configuration zone. On the eve of Power Worker's Day, SC was opened in Oboyan city of the Kursk area, the JSC IDGC of the Center press service reported.

Now the Kursk area has five Centers located in Kursk, Zheleznogorsk, Lgov, Shchigry, and Oboyan. All of them started their work in 2007. From the beginning of their functioning, over 2 000 people turned to SC of JSC Kurskenergo for help (90 % of them are physical persons). In Oboyan, SC is situated on the ground floor of the ancient building representing architectural value. Its area is about 200 square meters. Large halls are available for reception of clients; they are provided with beautiful furniture, samples of all necessary documentation. Specially selected personnel are ready to answer any questions connected with power supply, to assist in official registration of papers.

The basic directions of activity of the Service Center are the following: work with legal entities and physical persons on conclusion of contracts for connection to electric networks of JSC Kurskenergo, repair, sealing of accounting devices, registration of certificates of the electric power consumption without contracts conclusion and accounting; granting of consultation services concerning power supply.
Front offices of JSC Kurskenergo, JSC Energobalance, and JSC Kurskenergosbyt are presented in SC. Municipal payments will be received here.

Anatoly Klimenko, Head of the city administration participating in the opening ceremony of the first Service Center in Oboyan told that opening of SC is an opportunity for city dwellers by one stop shopping principle to resolve a lot of issues, to save time and to forget about queues.

Aleksandr Pilyugin, Deputy General Director of JSC IDGC of the Center - Managing Director of JSC Kurskenergo noted that the basic aim of the project is rendering of services of the highest quality that is achieved in each open Service Center of JSC Kurskenergo. 

Opening of Service Centers is a global project realized upon the initiative and under the auspices of JSC IDGC of the Center. Within all year long each region of the company registration opened from one to several Centers. Moreover, web sites of all companies created Internet-receptions, by means of which clients can solve any problems, place an application, draw up contracts staying at home.-"2007 is a year large-scale expansion of Service Centers - they contribute to realisation of the relations to our clients defined in the mission of IDGC of the Center," Evgeny Makarov, General Director of JSC IDGC of the Center said summing up works of the given direction for a year.
