OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding announced that 1.22%of its shares have been bought from its parent company, RIG Restaurants Ltd, by RosinterRestaurants LLC, its 98.7% owned subsidiary. These shares are tentatively designated foruse in a future employee stock option plan (ESOP) that is currently under consideration, the company's press service announced.

OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding is the leading casual dining restaurant company inRussia and the CIS, which currently (December 27th 2007) operates 229 restaurants,
including 49 franchised restaurants. In 2006 it served approximately 12.5 million customers inRussia, the CIS and Central Europe, including Baltic countries.
