OREANDA-NEWS. December 22 was the first anniversary of Belgorodenergo Customer Care Center in Biruch of Krasnaya Gvardiya district, the company's press service reported. It is remarkable that the fifth Center in Belgorod region was founded on the eve of Power Engineer’s Day and New Year holiday.

The representative offices of JSC “Belgorodenergo”, JSC “Belgorod Sales Company”, JSC “TGK-4” affiliate “Belgorod Regional Generation”, “115” Ltd, JSC “Belgorodenergoservice” and JSC “Regional Cash Processing Center” are located in Biruch CCC at 28 Central Street. A polite and attentive administrator of “115” Ltd and 8 managers of the power companies render highly qualified services.

The district residents have estimated the importance of the CCC services. 14033 persons have addressed the Center to resolve problems concerning power supply; consultations on connections to JSC “Belgorodenergo” grids, the purchase of modern metering devices and their installation, verification of payments for power and heat consumption, benefit registration, get information on personal contract accounts, etc.

CCC personnel welcomes every visitor. Ludmila Belenko, Tatiana Trapeznikova and Elena Litovkina, managers of JSC “Regional Cash Processing Center” will consult and help to solve the problems. 40% (7240 people) of all applications are addressed to the managers, 4283 of them on verifying payments and issuing certificates and 1051 – on benefit registration.

2165 applications were addressed to JSC “Belgorod Sales Company” representative office. The services to legal entities offered by the company managers have been highly appreciated. The services of Ludmila Kozhukhova, Elena Kozlova, managers of JSC “Belgorodenergoservice”, Ludmila Ovcharova, manager of JSC “TGK-4” have been estimated accordingly.

One of the main advantages of the center is the new approach to relations with customers who request technological connections to JSC “Belgorodenergo” grids. Earlier, the customers had to apply to Krasnayagvardia DPG, which is located far away from the city center, by now all arrangements are made at the CCC. 551 appeals for TC were sent to the CCC, including 86 applications, 82 of which have already been completed. Lilia Savina is the person responsible for technological connections for customers.

Questionnaire results, as well as words of gratitude and warm wishes, which were left in the welcome book by the customers, effective customer-focused operation, provided by the power companies.
