OREANDA-NEWS. On January 14, 2007 DB Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had provided KASE with the copy of license of agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) for conduction of banking and other operations and activity on market of securities dated December 21, 2007 # 236, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message of bank the new license was given instead of:

- license for conduction of banking and other operations, executed by banks in national and foreign currency dated June 21, 2006 #236;

- license for broker and dealer activities on the market of securities with right of maintenance of clients' accounts as nominal holder dated February 16, 2005 # 0401100946.

By information of the bank "receiving of new license won't reflect on list of banking services, provided by DB Alfa-Bank JSC to its clients, because the Bank will issue the payment cards without license on the basis of eighth article of Law of RK "About banks and banking activities in Republic of Kazakhstan".
