OREANDA-NEWS. On January 14, 2007 Kaspars Delins has commenced his work as a Board Member of SEB Unibanka. He is going to manage the development of the SEB Merchant Banking Division and its business in Latvia – corporate banking services, development of money management services, and further integration of finance and capital market services in Latvia, reported the press-centre of SEB Unibanka. 

Upon expiration of his three-year term of office, Lars Olov Stefan Oehman, Vice President and Board Member, has resigned from the Board of SEB Unibanka from January 3.

Up to now, Kaspars Delins worked as the St. Petersburg Regional Manager at Svedbank (former Hansabank) in Russia; before that, he has worked as the Project Finance Department Manager at Hansabank in Moscow and at Hansabanka in Latvia. Kaspars Delins holds a master's degree in Business and Finances from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Lars Oehman commenced his work in Latvia more than three years ago and he was managing the development of SEB Merchant Banking business in Latvia. Lars Oehman is going to return to SEB Group in Sweden, where he was working before coming to Latvia. Already in January Lars Oehman is going to start his work in the Sales Development Department, SEB Group Retail, in Sweden.
