OREANDA-NEWS. Starting from January 15, 2008 Ukrsotsbank offers its clients a new service - Internet Banking, as well as SMS Banking with extended functionality, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

Now Ukrsotsbank clients can manage their accounts online with the help of Internet Banking. Innovation allows perform different operations sitting at the computer at any time while at work or at home, in Ukraine or abroad:

form statement from the account
get a mini statement
transfer funds from your current account to the Saving + Account and vice versa
buy vouchers of all mobile operators
transfer money from your account to another Ukrsotsbank cardholder account
repay a debt on card credit products by transferring funds from your current account to the credit one
block operations on the card
get information on current balance on your cards.

"With the launch of Internet Banking possibilities of clients, subscribed to the SMS Banking have also changed" - Anton Tiutiun says. According to him, apart from receiving messages on the mobile phone about the operations performed, replenishment/writing off of funds from the account, they got possibility to perform operations with a mobile phone similar to Internet Banking (except for getting a statement from the account).

The launch of Internet Banking and the expansion of the functional capabilities of SMS Banking became for clients the additional ways of obtaining services from Ukrsotsbank. Today bank branches, self-service zones, Internet, mobile phones, Contact Center are the channels of services.

"For our clients it is, above all, the ability to have access to the account in 24 hours a day and 7 days a week mode, anywhere in the world without visiting bank offices" - Anton Tiutiun notes.
To connect to the service, a client has to print one-time passwords in any ATM of the bank (with the help of the main payment card), visit Ukrsotsbank website and do some simple operations. Access to the Internet Banking is from the Ukrsotsbank official site via Internet Banking link, which appears on all pages of the site, and from Ukrsotsbank online section on the Bank website.
