OREANDA-NEWS. January 15, 2007. State commission for conducting tenders on the sale of the state property to the foreign investors hereby announces prolongation of the deadline for receiving Bids till February 26, 2008 of the previously announced tenders for the sale of, reported the press-centre of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

57,67% shares of JSC "Jizzahplastmassa"
51 276 (fifty one thousand two hundred seventy six) ordinary registered shares of JSC "Jizzahplastmassa" constituting the aggregate of 57.67% of the enterprise's total issued shares are offered for sale.

JSC "Jizzahplastmassa" is situated in Djizak city of Djizak region. It was established in 1972. JSC "Jizzahplastmassa" is the large-scale enterprise of chemical industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which produces polyethylene film, polyethylene tubing and plastic consumer goods.

Starting bidding price of the pack of shares is not less than 3 630 000 (three million six hundred thirty thousand) US dollars. The investment needs of the enterprise constitute 5 000 000 (five million) US dollars. The price of the package of the bidding documents constitutes 500 (five hundred) US Dollars.
 
25% shares of JSC "Sarbon-Neftegaz"
27 546 (twenty seven thousand five hundred forty six) ordinary registered shares of JSC "Sarbon-Neftegaz" constituting the aggregate of 25% of the enterprise's total issued shares are offered for sale.

JSC "Sarbon-Neftegaz" is situated in Tashkent city. It was established in 1990. The main activity of the enterprise is transportation of freights and passengers, as well as repairing auto vehicles.

Starting bidding price for the said package of shares is 763 200 (seven hundred sixty three thousand two hundred) US dollars. The investment needs of the enterprise constitute 800 000 (eight hundred thousand) US dollars. The price of the package of the bidding documents constitutes 100 (one hundred) US Dollars.
 
During tender the preference will be given to the tender participant ready to offer the highs bid for above mentioned shares of the enterprises and undertake the highest sum of investment obligations in the frame work of enterprises investment needs.

Investors interested to participate in the Tender must submit a properly completed Application form for participation and Confidentiality Statement, which should be sent along with brief information on their company. With the inquiries please contact to the address given below.

The Tender Documentation package including Information Memorandum, Tender Rules, Bid Form can be obtained upon presenting to State Property Committee or Enterprise Institution Building Bureau the filled in and signed Application form and Confidentiality Statement along with the copy of the proof of payment.

The Bid submission deadline expires at 12:00 a.m. Tashkent time on the 26th of February 2008.

Opening of the packages with Tender Bids will be held in the Meeting Hall of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (5th floor) at 15:00 p.m. Tashkent time on the 26th of February 2008.

Tender participants or their authorized representatives, which have submitted Tender Bids in accordance with established procedure, have the right to participate at the opening of the packages with Tender Bids.
