Chairman of XXI Century Board Joins Top 10 of Ukrainian Managers
OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2008. Lev Partskhaladze, Chairman of the XXI Century Board, has joined the GVardia Rukovoditeley’s Top 10 Top Managers in Ukraine for 2007, a poll by the Ukrainian Ratings Agency and Halytski Kontrakty, a publishing house, reads.
In the construction and real estate category, Mr. Partskhaladze came first among 20 top managers working in this area.
In 2007, the methods for determining the most successful top managers in Ukraine were improved. Earlier, the evaluation of managers was based only on the expert opinions of partners and competitors on the market. In the latest rating, the growth of revenues and profits in the manager’s company were also taken into account. The points for the dynamics of the company’s growth were given the same weight as the expert opinions of colleagues in the particular business area. The size of the company and market growth trends were also taken into account.
