OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2007. The last internal monitoring analysis showed that the rating of RODOVID BANK has significantly increased at the job market. Only for the last half year the number of employee increased on 30%. This is due to personnel policies which are aimed at search and selection of the new employees.

Creation of the atmosphere of trust includes: development of values, norms, rules directed on cultivation of collaboration and mutual understanding; forming of collective traditions (corporate evening-parties, collective measures, teaching).

Today the number of employees of the Bank is about 2700 persons.
