OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2007. Khartsizsk Pipe Works operates within the Steel and Rolled Products Division of Metinvest Group and is an asset of strategic importance for the Group, reported the press-centre of SCM.

The information published by some electronic media regarding the negotiations on the sale of the works which is allegedly taking place is false. Currently there are no negotiations or intentions to hold the negotiations to sell this company.
