OREANDA-NEWS.  January 30, 2008.  Centreinvest Group, a Russian investment bank and member of My Bank Group, announced today that it has appointed Vasiliy Kulikov as president of its Asset Management business and member of its Executive Board. His responsibilities will include strategic development and the restructuring of the Company’s investment management services.

“One of the key directions for our Company is to pursue the rapid expansion of asset management services and the development of innovative investment products,” said Alexey Gurin, Centreinvest Group CEO. “Vasiliy is a highly experienced strategic and operations expert with a thorough knowledge of the investment markets. We trust that his knowledge and professionalism will contribute greatly to Centreinvest’s future strength in this area.”

Mr. Kulikov has 12 years of experience in investing, mergers & acquisitions, operations management and corporate restructuring. He has worked as a manager at major Russian and international companies such as TNK-BP, SIDANCO, Russian Coal, and prior to that at PriceWaterhouse, Interros and UNEXIM bank. He studied at Dickinson College (USA), and in 1993 graduated from the Cybernetics Department at the Moscow Chemical Institute.

The appointment of Mr. Kulikov is the latest step in the company’s bold plan to grow Centreinvest into a top Russian investment services firm over the next three to five years.
