OREANDA-NEWS. On January 29, 2007 OJSC “AK Transneft” and OJSC “Alfa-Bank” have announced the resolution of their disagreement related to the transfer of Transneft funds to OJSC “Sberbank”, with Transneft withdrawing their claims filed on 20 December 2007 at the Moscow Court of Arbitration, reported the press-centre of Alfa-Bank.

Transneft and Alfa-Bank are now considering their future collaboration on mutually beneficial projects in the Russian banking and financial sectors.
