OREANDA-NEWS. On January 31, 2007 Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), being the listing company of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) had spread the press-release of next contention, reported the press-centre of KASE:

Kazkommertsbank JSC accepted the decision to extract financing for amount of $29,7 m. for realization of new project of confectionary Bayan Sulu in Kostanay, aim of which is renewing of acting production, increase of volume of chocolate and sweets output, and also widening of assortment of products, issued by the plant.

Funds, extracted by Kazkommertsbank will be used for purchasing, assembling and putting in exploitation of equipment of new chocolate workshop on already available production areas of the plant, and also for renewing of acting production.

"With company Bayan Sulu we are connecting with old partners' relations, and we are glad for cooperation in new project, - managing director of Kazkommertsbank Yerik Balapanov had commented the deal. – Because today Bayan Sulu is one of the most dynamically developing Kazakhstan companies in the sector of food industry".

Reconstruction of production powers and building of new chocolate workshop will let to increase significantly the quality of outputting products. In

particular, due to improvement of technology of frying, sorting, pounding of cocoa bees the quality of chocolate will become better. New components' station will let to control exactly the contention of chocolate mass. Forming line of chocolate will let to produce sweets of different forms, filling with three contentions, and also additionally place the nut or any other product to the filling.

For the current moment company Bayan Sulu had enclosed the number of agreements for delivering of production lines with producers of confectionary equipment from Germany - F.B. Lemann Mashinenfabrik Gmbh, Petzold Haidenauer, Mashinen und Anlagenbau International Gmbh and BCA Shnaider Anlagenbau Gmbh.
