OREANDA-NEWS. On 5 February 2008 was announced, that a 46-storey skyscraper will be put up on Leninsky Avenue in Moscow. The relevant order was signed by Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, RosBusinessConsulting reported.

According to the document, the residential high-rise building with a multi-level parking garage will be built on 111/2 Leninsky Avenue. The skyscraper is being erected on a 2.5-hectare site, the ultimate total area of the object will amount to 165,500 square metres, including the 133,200-square-metre superstructure (a total area of the apartments will equal 71,100 square metres).

The high-rise building will have various numbers of storeys: 46-37-32, also the structure is stipulated to have a three-level underground car park for 634 parking spaces. The construction is set to be completed in late 2008.
