OREANDA-NEWS.On 8 February 2008 was announced, that Konstantin Kravchenko had been appointed First Deputy Director, Moscow branch, CenterTelecom OJSC. Konstantin Kravchenko was born on 11 November 1966 in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg). In 1989 he graduated from Military Engineering Space Institute with a specialty in radio technical facilities. In 1997 he graduated from the Higher School of Economics with a specialty in the stock market and investments. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Business and Business Administration with a specialty in strategic management (2006). From 1989-1994 he served in the army. From October 1994 - August 1995 he was employed as a Systems Engineer in the Network Integration Department, IBS. In September 1995, he joined Marvel Computer Solutions as Technical Director. From 1996 - 1998 he worked for the LVS company as Head of the Network Integration Department. In February 1998 Mr. Kravchenko joined Central Telegraph OJSC as Director of the Business Development Service. From September 1998 – November 2004, he was General Director, Centel CJSC. In November 2004 he was appointed First Deputy General Director, Central Telegraph OJSC. From May 2007 – February 2008 he headed Moscow Cellular Communications (MCC) as General Director.
 
In accordance with an order signed by the General Director of CenterTelecom OJSC, Mr. Kravchenko  acts as Director of CenterTelecom’s Moscow branch from February 7, 2008. It is expected that approval of his appointment of the Deputy General Director, CenterTelecom OJSC, - Director of the Moscow branch will be considered by the company’s Board of Directors later this month.
 
Previously, Nikolai Maksimenka, former Deputy General Director, CenterTelecom OJSC, - Director of the Moscow branch, who was appointed to the post effective 26 February, 2007, left the company as of 1 February, 2008 as a result of a move to a new appointment.
