OREANDA-NEWS. On 8 February 2008 was announced, that in 2007 of JSC " IDGC of the Center " concluded 14 224 contracts on technological connection to networks of the company, that on 3 691 contracts more, than in 2006. In general, power of the connected objects made 481,3 Megawatt. It is on 70 % more, than for the similar period of 2006.

Clients point policy of IDGC-1 promoted conclusion of contracts on technological connection in such volume.

In 2007 in 11 regions under the initiative and support of JSC " IDGC of the Center " 20 Centers of servicing were opened. In total, from 2005 - 26 Centers were opened. It is the internal form of servicing of the company. For convenience a number of tools of absentee vote dialogue also was created. On sites of all distributive network companies the Internet-receptions are placed by means of which clients can solve any questions, leave the application, issue contracts, not leaving the house /client/reform_rsk/

Besides in JSC " IDGC of the Center " and subordinated DGC there is a multichannel telephone number 8-800-5050-115, which it is possible to use the round-the-clock free-of-charge call from any region. The direct line of power men became very demanded among clients of the companies - daily the call-center accepts over 1 000 calls on the most important questions.

In November, 2007  JSC " IDGC of the Center " caring of the client, it created a basis for automation of process of technological connection. 

The complex decision on automation business-process of technological connection of the consumer is realized on the basis of products of companies SAP and ARIS. 10 modules are originally involved in architecture of the offered decision and components SAP, and also toolkit for the description of business-processes ARIS Toolset. Automation allows to reduce the period of service of a client, starting from application before connection (from 24-55 days till 8-14); to lower expenditures of labour on 25-35 %; to provide adaptability of process to internal and external changes. This year the given decision extends on all DGC, entering in a zone of the responsibility of JSC " IDGC of the Center".
