OREANDA-NEWS. On February 5, 2008, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of the Russian Federation registered the report on results of issuing documentary, interest-bearing non-convertible series 01 PromPereosnastka obligations. Bank Electronika was organizer, underwriter, and paying agent for the issue.

Igor Potapov, Head of Treasury Services at Bank Electronika, commented on the issue: “Bonded debt is a logical continuation of many years of collaboration between the Bank and leasing company PromPereosnastka. The Bank, as organizer of the issue, took upon itself support of the obligations in the secondary market and the alignment of firm quotes in the securities market. Therefore, this issuer will be liquid and interesting to a broad circle of the investment community.”

Series 01 corporate bonds of partner-company PromPereosnastka is far from Bank Electronika’s first project in the long-term capital market. In 2007 the Bank organized corporate bonds for trading company Polesie and first and second series issues for its own obligations. The sum of those issues was 1.3 billion rubles.

According to a rating of investment banks published by information agency Cbonds, in 2007 Bank Electronika was 35th among organizers of ruble-denominated issues. The Bank was 61st among 211 companies engaged in underwriting corporate obligations during the period.
