OREANDA-NEWS. On February 11, 2008, Bank Electronika opened the doors to sixth retail office, this one in Voronezh. The new personal services office, VORONEZHSKIY, is located at Ulitsa Plrekhanovskaya 13.

Personal services office VORONEZHSKIY offers its clients a line of deposits, credit calculations, non-cash money transfers by wire, and in the very near future – the opportunity to obtain cash credit. Each new depositor will receive a gift from the Bank, a free Visa Instant banking card.

The regional network of Bank Electronika is broadening. As part of realizing its new retail strategy, Bank Electronika has opened the office in Voronezh. By the end of 2010, it intends to expand the network to 150 offices in cities with populations of 200,000 or more. Activities of the Bank in this area are directed toward a particular target group with provision for the social role of the Bank in the regions it enters.

The social mission inherent in Bank Electronika’s retail strategy is to furnish accessible, quality banking services to families with monthly incomes ranging from 3,000 rubles to 12,000 rubles per month per family member. All products in the retail network of personal services offices have been designed for this target group. The Bank has tailored unique terms and conditions for deposits and credit: a minimum deposit of 10 rubles and credit extended in cash with minimal documentation and a brief period for decision-making on credit applications. Credit will be available in the range of 5,000 rubles to 80,000 rubles.

Offices hours of the Bank’s personal services offices are designed for maximum convenience: weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. The Bank has introduced new technology for work with clients and created an original design for the offices and a new corporate style. In the Voronezh office, as in all its retail offices, the Bank has established a special children’s corner.
