OREANDA-NEWS. On February 12, 2008, Bank Electronika announced the opening of a new retail office in the city of Belgorod and extended an invitation to come and visit. Personal services office BELGORODSKIY is open to clients at Ulitsa 50-Letiya Belgorodskoi Oblasti 10, Belgorod.

The new office in Belgorod is the seventh personal services office in Bank Electronika’s region network. The opening is another step in the realization of the new retail strategy of the Bank. The strategy foresees expanding the network to 150 personal services offices in cities of 200,000 residents or more by the end of 2010. Activities in this area are focused on a concrete target group with consideration for the social role of the Bank in regions it enters.

The social mission in Bank Electronika’s retail strategy is to furnish accessible, quality banking services to families with monthly incomes ranging from 3,000 rubles to 12,000 rubles per month per family member. All products in the retail network of personal services offices have been designed for this target group. The Bank has tailored unique terms and conditions for deposits and credit: a minimum deposit of 10 rubles and credit extended in cash with minimal documentation and a brief period for decision-making on credit applications. Credit will be available in the range of 5,000 rubles to 80,000 rubles.

Office hours of the Bank’s personal services offices are designed for maximum convenience: weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. The Bank has introduced new technology for work with clients and created an original design for the offices and a new corporate style. In the Voronezh office, as in all its retail offices, the Bank has established a special children’s corner.

Personal services office BELGORODSKIY offers its clients a line of deposits, credit calculations, non-cash money transfers by wire, and in the very near future – the opportunity to obtain cash credit. Each depositor will receive a gift from the Bank, a free Visa Electron Non-Personalised banking card.
