On February 12, 2008, Bank Electronika, acting in its capacity as paying agent for trading company Polesie, made payment, as scheduled and in full measure, on the third coupon of Polesie’s non-convertible, documentary, interest-bearing, payable-to-holder obligations series 01 Polesie (government registration number 4-01-36242-R dated March 15, 2007). The sum paid was 15.895 million rubles. The amount of coupon interest paid on one obligation – nominal value 1,000 rubles – was 31.79 rubles, which is equivalent to interest of 12.75 percent annually.
